Lindholmen Conference Centre, Lindholmspiren 3-5, 402 78 Gothenburg, Sweden
On May 21-22 the international conference Electrified Public Transport was held at Lindholmen Science Park, Gothenburg, Sweden.

The conference brought together representatives from public transport authorities (PTAs), traffic operators, manufacturers and the academia for a networking event with the aim to

  • Share general knowledge regarding the potential of electrification of public transport
  • Share best practice/experiences from real cases where electric buses and/or ferries have been implemented
  • Share expectations and raise common issues/hurdles – how can PTAs navigate during this technology shift
  • Connect representatives and stakeholders from European cities that either have experience from the field or plan to adopt the new technology

An accompanying exhibition showcased city projects, manufacturers and new research.
